Ninja Ragdoll v0.0.2

Ninja Ragdoll v0.0.2 is now available!

Added features:
- Players can enter their name
- New lobby system to ready up and start a game
- New scoreboard by holding tabs
- Players can now earn points by pushing people off the arena
- New jump animation

Other changes
- Lost of ragdoll control is now based on force of impact from collision instead of velocity
(this means you can jump and run without losing control of your character)

Looking forward
Theres a ton of bug related to the newest features and the code is in need of refactoring so I will spend some time on it.
I will probable add a "Quit game" button or something idk
