Ninja Ragdoll v0.0.4

Ninja Ragdoll v0.0.4 is now available! :)

Here's a list of changes contained in this update:
- Brand new "King of the hill" game mode where players must stay at the top of the structure to earn points
- Swapped input management to Unity's Input system, it will be possible to play on controller in  a future update
- Multiple bugfixes
- Multiple UI changes
- Reworked the way players and grabbable objects are respawned
